« Custody Disputes and Active Military Duty | Main | NON-CUSTODIAL PARENT'S DEDUCTION FOR DEPENDENTS: »

November 30, 2006

You are so right. I spend a lot of time working with couples and individuals who have spent a lot of time getting into debt and then sit back and let it pile up. Instead of trying to talk with creditors or seeking the help of a professional.

I work with a lot of attorneys who refer clients to me. Clients who have debt together but after the split one or the other is unable help out with clearing it up or decides to "get the other one."

Look for solutions early and work together. It is in everybody's best interest.
