Sally

My questions is: We just received a stack of medical bill for the last two years that she wants paid for today. My husband is to pay 34% of the cost of medical after insurance has paid. Which we have not problem with this, we took her back to court 4 years ago asking that she send the bills every month and have ask her many times after that. We live on a very tight budget also and would like to pay the amount every month. Is there a time limit on her sending these to us in the state of Kansas? I want to made payment but she will not take them, she wants it all. Please help!
