Linking to Your Competition?

There is a great post tonight called Linking to your Competition Rules, posted by Kevin O‘Keefe. You have to go to the link and read it.

I have had this very position for sometime and I compare it to a McDonalds. Where is the best place to put a fast food store, right next to a McDonalds. You will feed off each others traffic. The same works with blogging and linking to other blogs in your same practice area or town. You will feed off each other traffic.

Thanks for the mention Grant. Great thing is the content in the post was culled from blog experst who picked on an earlier post of mine.

Your McDonalds analogy is spot on. My best friend opened a branch for his bank across the street from the largest savings & loan in town.
